Takeuchi Manufacturing Group has formulated its fourth medium-term management plan (fiscal year ending February 2026 to February 2028) to achieve sustainable growth.
In executing our medium-term management plan, we will share our management vision with all stakeholders in both financial and non-financial aspects, and strive to enhance the corporate value of our group by refining our management strategy through proactive and careful dialogue.

Key Measures
- Expand the sales network and aftermarket parts sales
- We will expand our North American dealer network from 280 to 360 locations while adding a distributor in Australia.
- We will offer customers an extended manufacturer’s warranty conditional on the use of genuine parts.
- Reorganizing the product lineup and constructing a new compact track loader manufacturing facility
- By the fiscal year ending February 2028, we aim to double our compact track loader production volume from the fiscal year ended February 2025 level.
- Expanding the lineup of battery-powered mini excavators
- Following our commercially available 2-ton model, 1.5-ton and 3.5-ton prototypes are currently undergoing market testing.
- Investing in human capital
- We are advancing key human capital initiatives, including sharing the Group’s vision, providing learning opportunities, promoting health and productivity management, improving work-life balance, and promoting DE&I.
