Methods of Information Disclosure
Statutory disclosures

Timely disclosures
- Information subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange is disclosed through TDnet (Timely Disclosure Network), operated by the Exchange, and promptly posted on our corporate website.
Important information subject to the Fair Disclosure Rule
- We strictly manage undisclosed material information regarding our management, operations, or assets that could significantly influence investment decisions. In the event that such information is selectively disclosed to certain business counterparties prior to public release, we will disclose it in accordance with the Fair Disclosure Rule (Article 27-36 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Cabinet Office Order on Disclosure of Material Information).
Furthermore, even for information that does not fall under categories 1, 2, or 3 above, we strive to ensure timely, appropriate, and fair disclosure through earnings briefings, press releases, and the posting of materials on our corporate website.
Quiet Period
To prevent the leakage of financial results, we observe a quiet period from the day following the end of each fiscal period (including quarterly periods) until the official earnings announcement. During this period, we refrain from commenting on or answering any questions regarding our financial results. However, if it is expected that our financial results will differ significantly from our previously disclosed earnings forecasts, we will make timely disclosures in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
Designated IR Spokespersons
To ensure the accuracy of information and fairness of disclosure, we designate the President and Representative Director as well as officers and staff responsible for IR to act as designated spokespersons in communications with investors. To maintain disclosure consistency and avoid selective disclosure, other officers and employees will not, in principle, engage in investor communications, unless such communications are approved by a spokesperson on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the scope of that approval.
Forward-Looking Statements
Among the information disclosed by us, statements regarding future results, plans, and outlooks are based on information available at the time of disclosure and certain assumptions that we believe to be reasonable. We disclose such forward-looking information with appropriate cautionary statements, recognizing that actual results may differ materially due to various factors.
